0 So I learned a few things from this thread, googling huge clits is not as exciting if you do it on a daily basis. Advent means the coming. And a safe level for rock music on advent speakers is 11.

0 Do you skip Christmas?
I have no idea what you're talking about so here's a bunny with a pancake on it's head

0 No, I like the whole 'good will to men' etc, like the lights, like giving stuff to people. Arranging to see everybody is a pain in the ass though

0 I agree. The holiday has to be toned down again. They started before halloween this year with the commercials and store displays. It's insane.
The atheists are bitching because they want a happy winter solstice display in some states. If they are atheists, what do they celebrate that they want a display? Winter Solstice pray and celebrates the gifts the "gods" gave from the earth, no? One you organize to your cause, IMO you now "believe" in something. All my life I knew athiests and not one of them were offended by Christmas. They just didn't believe and went about their business. Now it's business to take that away from those who celebrate. The kill-joys need to throw every excuse in the world why it's not truly Christmas and it was stolen from one thing or another as well. Is it that hard to ignore, really? I laugh when I hear those who are really adamant about it start talking about the gifts they buy for each other, the tree they put up, or how their kids enjoy it. Why are you doing exactly what you don't believe in? I found the article: Nativity Scene Is a ‘Superstition,’ Says Atheist Group, But Santa Can Stay <--clicky [i]The Freedom From Religion Foundation has taken offense with a nativity scene displayed outside a courthouse in downtown Athens, Texas. The Keep Athens Beautiful Committee has been putting up the nativity scene since 2002, and County Judge Richard Sanders says it’s not violating any law, according to ABC News affiliate KBMT. “Because we have all the other decorations, it’s legal,” Sanders said. “Our county attorney has looked into it.” A Henderson County resident complained to the Freedom From Religion Foundation, a Wisconsin-based atheist group, and the foundation notified the committee that the nativity scene was in violation of federal law. The foundation asked for the baby Jesus to be removed, or for a sign to be put up next to his crib that would read: “At this season of the winter solstice may reason prevail. There are no gods, no devils, no angels, no heaven or hell. There is only our natural world. Religion is but myth and superstition that hardens hearts and enslaves minds.” But while some believe Santa is “but myth and superstition,” no one has asked for a sign to be placed next to him, clarifying his non-existence. The town has several other seasonal decorations up, such as reindeer, garden gnomes and snowmen, but the nativity scene is the only decoration has been criticized as a religious symbol. As for Santa, he’s more of a tradition than a religious icon, so the foundation has not taken issue with him. Henderson County Commissioner Joe Hall says he’ll fight to keep the nativity scene in place. “Don’t come down here and tell me there is no God. This nation is a Christian nation regardless of what those fruit loops and fruitcakes in Washington D.C. say. Hell will freeze over before I vote to have it removed,” Hall said. Pastor Nathan Lorick of First Baptist Church in Malakoff, about 10 miles from Athens, said it is time to stand up and speak up in defense of Christianity, which is the majority in Athens. “I hope this is a platform all across the nation that says, let’s take America back,” he said. Multiple U.S. Supreme Court cases have dealt with similar controversies. Most recently, in 2010, in the midst of the Christmas tree vs. holiday bush debate, Salazar v. Buono, the justices ruled that a cross to honor veterans placed in 1934 on a rock located in a national park in southeastern California could remain in place. ABC News affiliate KBMT contributed to this report.[/]

0 It's so insane that these people want to kill Christmas but if a Muslim holiday comes up they fall over themselves to see it is not "discriminated" against.
Wakey wakey folks.......if you're going to try to ban one religion just because it IS a religion then ALL religions fall into the same bucket. You can't pick and choose. Don't like Christmas? Then don't participate and ignore it. Same for Easter, Yom Kippur, Ramadan, Tet, etc etc etc. Just remember......don't take the pay for Christmas or Easter either. And DO be sure you are scheduled to work those days that everyone has off if you DO want the pay. Hey! I have a better idea!!!!! Don't like the way it works here? FUCKING LEAVE and go somewhere that believes more like you do!!!!! Enjoy Sharia law......let's see ya try complaining then.

0 Now this year nobody wants to make a decision about Christmas dinner. I hate it when it ends up being my decision. No matter what I will make someone unhappy. Kinda like work, but when I decide stuff there, I don't care if I piss someone off. Family is different. Sort of.

0 Our meals are set in stone. The Dictator decides. He gives mom money for the food and so she kisses his ass and gives him whatever he wants.
She bitches that she's tired of doing the holidays but when I offer, my house is too far, not good enough, the meals won't be like hers .... and a litany of bullshit excuses. Suggest going out to eat and then back to her place for hanging out and dessert, more grief. "You can't go out on Christmas." Bullshit, Jews do it all the time. They haven't been struck by lightening yet. Biker, bring a dozen pizzas. Margherita style since there is a prevalence of red (sauce), white (cheese), and green (basil) and it is Christmas-y looking. They won't ask you again.

0 Lol that would do it!
Mom will not be home, dad likes to stay home, Sis likes to go out. My son and girlfriend don't care, but we have to do something with her mom. I planned out thanksgiving, and it was a pain in my ass!
