You all know that Ral and I have been talking about making an alternative Mock-type forum for a while now.
I am still willing to do this IF there is a perceived 'need' for it. So, I would like to get some feedback.
Would everyone just prefer to stay here? Because I'm comfortable with that... or would folks prefer that we create a whole separate forum/site for it?

Maybe eventually but even I'm burned out from the constant hostility we all went through over the last few months. I'm tired and I need a rest.

I'm with Twilla for now anyway. It's really hard to get a site started without involving other sites where you know people and all have made friends one way or another. That's what went horribly wrong for Frank. Friendships and conflicting personalities migrating from all his sites to get the one going didn't exactly work out.
I think I need a break a little as well. Let some time pass and get the other place out of our system anyway.

I was originally very interested in Syber's idea but after watching the way Mock crashed and burned and the resulting 'exposure' of Duchess and Frank as a couple of petty dictators, I think I'm going to sit this one out for a little while. Sorry Syber.

I say we just stay here. What we have here is good enough, so long as we KEEP things in the proper place. Part of what killed Mock IMO is the fact that it was ALL dedicated to that, instead of just one section.

Bitch. One problem with MyBB that I've come across... if you've NEVER read the thread, but you use the "New Posts" arrow... it starts you PAST the fucking poll.

If you bothered to look at the title of those NEW POSTS listed it clearly says POLL in the title.
