Exercise day. Nope, I won't ditch my New Years resolution of getting into my bikinis' again by summer.
I am using those CD's I got to replace the Bowflex for now and after a handful of sessions, I am actually seeing results. More so than with the Bowflex. And I don't feel sore either.
OK now what is Hot Heads Chili days?
