I stumbled upon this while surfing.
It's made for French TV by a Korean animation company. Clearly the writers and animators are fans of Wile E Coyote and Scrat from Ice Age.
It's much tougher to come up with funny stuff when there's no dialog and running jokes. I think they have a good grip on chain reaction bits too.
Each episode is approximately 7 minutes run time so there's a bunch on this one video.
