17 things that are still illegal for women in America <-- clicky

The Right To a Haircut!

If the law that makes it illegal for women to have body-hair yet provides no whiff of free laser hair-removal treatment seemed baffling yet obviously esoteric and unique, then you were misled.

It appears hair is a serious issue. In Michigan, a woman isn’t allowed to cut her hair without her husband’s permission.

Luckily Madonna had Sean Penn, who ‘kindly offered’ to cut it for her • Photo From: Herb Ritts

This is groan worthy. Read the article but by the time it got to around 15 I wasn't sure if it changed to general bullshit or not.

I think a lot of those are just old laws that are not enforced but still on the books because it's harder to take a law out of commission than to just ignore it. But if you get one slick asshole I bet those laws must be enforced if they pursue the issue. I think I have a book somewhere that has a list of laws in America that still exist but are not enforced. I'll have to look for it and maybe post a few gems here.

Yeah, except for one they're old laws still on the books.

The abortion thing is just some BS because Roe vs Wade decided that even though it's still (for the life of me I don't know why) a hot issue.

The "bonus" pic? The asian school girls are playing a variant of, buck-buck. Also called Johnny on the pony. The opposing team keeps sending members to jump on till they break the "horse's" back to win....or if their team holds more after they switch positions. Remember Bill Cosby and Fat Albert?

Here's some sites with outdated laws:
