There's a video on the link. My question is why doesn't the home owner swat it down with a bat or shoot it down with a gun? He'd certainly find out who the owner is then when the asshole comes looking for it!

Yep, I'm thinking a turkey load would knock that thing down with no problem. Then I'd bury it in my yard and say I never sausage a thing.
