None of that sports crap for me, thank you.
I think that all sports should be livened up by hiding a loaded .357 somewhere on the playing field and if found it can be used at any time. Every sport would be included, golf, hockey, soccer, nascar, etc, any pro sport. I'd start watching then.

Your're thinking of the Winter Classic, Biker. All teams are represented in the All Star game.

Only if they have a player on the All Star team. Our only selected player will not be there due to the prototypical hockey 'lower body injury'. I believe the Blackhawks had 5 players selected. I am not sure, but I think players could end up playing against team mates due to the team selection process. It is done very much like how the NFL picks the teams for the Pro Bowl now.
And I think there are three Winter Classics each year. In 2016, Feb 27th, 2016 to be exact, the Redwings will be here for one of the three for that year. We will play in Coors Field.

They're not all called the Winter Classic. There's 3 outdoor games, but only 1 Winter Classic.

Worst All Star game ever.
I never even got past the second intermission. 17-12 score. WTF? The goalies weren't even bothering to defend the net. Everyone congratulated each other, including the opposing team on every goal. They might as well have given out stickers that said "good job!" to each player.
I understand it's an exhibition game, but damn, PLAY HOCKEY. They don't have to destroy each other, they just have to play.
I decided I also don't like the way they chose teams. Go back to conference against conference. At least it gave fans something to root for.
