So yeah, it was colder than a witch's tit in a brass bra... but i made the steaks... and fucking yum. I made them so that they were exactly the way I like them: Medium and seasoned exactly right with a mixture of garlic salt, steak seasoning, soul seasoning, and lemon pepper. Yummy fucking yum.
