Yeah. Been watching this story all week. I know a lot of people didn't like her, but she was really cool in my book.

All through the years I'd see her in the city and she always said hello to anyone who talked to her. She was kind and always made it a point to do charity shows locally here in NJ. Lots of little things like that you never heard about. My ex had pizza with her once back in the late 80's. She had the little dog, Spike with her too.

Does anyone know if she just gave out or Melissa had to pull the plug?

I'm happy that I wont have to listen to her annoying fucking voice anymore. Yuck.

I never did have to listen to her. My TV has an off button.

They pulled the plug, it seems that something happened or doctor did something and her throat closed up during the procedure on her vocal cords. The loss of oxygen caused heart attack and then brain damage.

Thanks Anthony. I didn't dig around much yesterday after the first knowledge of it.

Yeah I dont remember what new station it was but they had a ear nose and throat doctor on and he kinda explained the procedure and that there will be an investigation because they need to know why and if so who is to blame for her being able to walk into this surgery clinic find and basically leave dead. The doctor they had on tv stated he didnt know why she wasn't having the procedure in a hospital because of her older age.

Pretty much you take a chance with any surgery. Any time you go under anasthesia there is a risk of shit going bad and you never come off the table. When it DOES happen more often than not it will be during a more routine procedure.

And being 80 some years old don't really help either.
