I thought you lose constitutional rights when you're locked up? At least most of them.
Personal insurance won't cover such an operation. It's considered elective surgery and that's NEVER covered. When did it become 'medically necessary' to save his life? He's a goddamn ugly woman too. Those hormone treatments are NOT working on him. If he's menopausal age, how does that work? Women lose estrogen at menopause.

The guards should be instructed to let them hang for at least 3 hours before taking them down, and to save the rope at all costs.

Whoever devised the three drug / three step process is a fucked up moron. I can drop a 1200 pound horse with 100cc's of ONE drug in less than 30 seconds. No thrashing, gasping or prolonged death. They just go to sleep in 30 seconds and their heart stops. Hell, most suicides by OD are less dramatic.
And yeah, they cry for these degenerates and how they're treated but no one gives any consideration to the victims of these crimes. Fuck them.

How about we save some money and just toss this confused shitbag in a cell with 10 lifers and his package hanging out. Give the lifers dull knives with blunt tips and let them do whatever they choose. If they off him......money saved. If they do a "back alley sex change"....money saved. If they also off some of each other....MORE money saved! Sounds like a win no matter what.
As for the "drawn out execution".......dead is dead. Who gives a shit how long it took? My idea is to off them in the same fashion they did to their victims.

the really lucky ones we could use as ballast on satellite launches and drop them into the ocean, if they survive a 3-6 mile fall and swim to shore they walk free im sure there will be a long waiting list for that one
