So sad for his family.

RE: Tom Clancy cacks it - Twitchin Kitten - 10-02-2013

Anyone find out what killed him? The news this morning had nothing and the article Twist posted said a brief illness. That don't sound good.

RE: Tom Clancy cacks it - LKTraz - 10-03-2013

I heard the news last evening. Seems there's no cause of death to be found anywhere (as of yet).

I DID find this little tidbit in the Washington Post article on him:
http://www.washingtonpost.com/entertainment/books/tom-clancy-best-selling-author-dead-at-66/2013/10/02/40764160-2b6f-11e3-8ade-a1f23cda135e_story.html

His novels included “The Cardinal of the Kremlin” (1988), “The Sum of All Fears” (1991), “Executive Orders” (1996), “Rainbow Six” (1998) and, more recently, “Against All Enemies” (with Peter Telep in 2011) and “Threat Vector” (with Mark Greaney in 2012). His book “Command Authority” is slated for publication in December.

I gotta watch for that one!

RIP Tom.......you were one HJELLUVA writer!
