well I'm not going to argue with why. I'm just happy it's finally happened and I can get a new windshield. They have the dealer / original factory in stock too. I won't have some generic one that makes my Pony car look like I bought it from Kmart.

So you know that beautiful windshield I just had put in the Mustang? You know, the one that's three weeks old?
Driving on the approach to the Holland Tunnel Saturday we get hit with a rock. TWO chips. That's right. TWO.
All these years I'm driving, all the different cars new and used, not one of them had glass issues. THIS car seems to not want a nice clean windshield.
I go today to have the chips fixed.

When I had my H3 it used to happen alot, I got 4 chips over 2 years, for me it was tailing too close behind other cars it just put me in the strike zone when their car kicked a rock. Also my windshield was almost vertical by design so it was a taller area to get hit.
