Watch the videos too. The one where the girl is about to be bullied is the funniest. Really? The bullies ran when they heard the noise? No, the bullies grabbed the bag, ripped out the wires and beat the crap out of the girl even harder for pulling that stunt.
These have to be the stupidest things ever. Unless the alarm is linking to a central location to get help to the 'victim', it's just an expensive noisemaker. No one is going to pay attention to it.

If it were tied into something like North Star I can see it having some use. Which in turn allows parent to follow their kids every move with the gps tracking that would have to be in there.

Maybe if they sewed a holster on it and put a loaded .25 auto in the pocket they would be on to something.
