Labor Day Grillin' and Such - LKTraz - 09-03-2012
What are you grilling/cooking today (if anything)?
We found a really great deal on some rib racks and I have them slow grilling over low heat. I let them relax a bit with some seasoned tenderizer, onion and garlic powder before they went on the grill.

They will get a coating of Lawry's Hawaiian sauce during their final stage of cooking!

Add Bush's baked beans on the side and YUM CITY!
Grabbed up some plain and BBQ chips, party mix, cheddar cheese dip, creamy onion dip to munch on and have a good supply of sodas, juices and plenty of beer and liquor.
Some friends are coming over so it's looking to be a fun Labor Day cookout.

It's just me and Matt today.
We have almost your same menu! Got a rack of ribs and going to do them with my famous St. Louis rub and some salad, maybe beans and just chill.
It's a cloudy, overcast and humid day so the grilling will happen later. Just going to laze around, mow the lawn and do the most horrid of all - laundry.

Steak & Chicken on the grill at my place.
Lawry's Teriyaki with Pineapple for a chicken marinade. Yum.
