you find that they used somebody's random image off the internet without even asking her.
More reasons why you should always lock down your photos and videos so that it's viewable only by friends and family.
although in her case it probably weren't that easy, as seeing she's an actress.

The actress is stupid. She should be demanding residuals from the adverts and offer to do more work for them.

I don't know, they used her for a AD that used rape jokes. plus, she didn't look very good in that shot. She probably didn't want to be in any more Ads that made her look bad.
Her pride probably prevented her from even considering something like that. It'd be like starring in an diaper commercial when you actually don't use diapers. it's just embarrassing and debasing yourself.

I didn't find the ad all that offensive, but then again, I'm much more liberal when it comes to racy ads like that.

I don't mind racy stuff myself... but I have to say that a rape joke is sometimes too much. espeically if the AD in question is suggesting that you use liquor to make a woman pass out so that you can use her for your own pleasures.
It would had been way different if they had a smiling couple partying it up and looking like they were about to get busy.
