Been baking all freakin' day. So much for getting that leg of lamb in the oven. I'll just have to get that done tomorrow.
This is what I made today:

Those are beautiful! I bought some "Mexican Wedding Cookies" from someone on Etsy and they were probably the worst cookies I've ever tasted. Probably a good thing, I've already gained five pounds this holiday season.

I didn't use the instant espresso in the crescents though. They're pretty easy to make if you are feeling domestic.
I'm not sending any holiday cookies out this year, I just can't afford the postage. Last year I think I spent over $250 in postage alone. To send a package to England is minimum (1 pound) $25. That's just too much when I send like 5 packages there.

When I want to send a UK friend something, I look at their amazon.com... I found some beautiful Belgian chocolate that went over pretty well:

Yeah, I did that with my friend Gail who never had candy corn and she asked for it. Home made cookies I can't sell on Amazon though
