Puss In Boots 3D - Twitchin Kitten - 11-05-2011 We just got back from the movies. Puss In Boots 3D. This is a winner if you like the Dreamworks animation films. Anyone who is a cat lover will enjoy the movie and anyone who enjoyed Shrek will love the spin off with Puss. You get to see him as a kitten and he does those eyes too. The story line was good. They take your basic fairy tales and give a twist to them. Kind of like an alternate universe of childhood fairy tale characters. RE: Puss In Boots 3D - Twilla - 11-06-2011 I LOVED the first Shrek, liked the second and wanted to firebomb the third one. But I'm willing to keep an open mind with this since it's gotten really good reviews, Puss is adorable and Antonio Banderas has one hell of a sexy voice. I think I'm going to pass on the 3D part though. RE: Puss In Boots 3D - Rhubarb - 11-06-2011 I wonder when we will get it? Christmas hopefully, we always are about 4 to 6 weeks behind on films. That's why I love coming over and seeing a film 'that isn't out yet', then I can say 'Seen it' when we get home. Saw the first Shrek at the cinema but then decided sequels are not always a good idea. Might get No1 son to take his mother............ RE: Puss In Boots 3D - Twitchin Kitten - 11-06-2011 Unless you get nauseas on the 3D, Twilla, go see it. They do a really tasteful job of it. I'm not a huge 3D fan but I wanted to see this movie in the theater. I enjoyed all 3 Shrek movies but I do agree that the last one was lacking. Trudi, I hope you get it soon! I think you'll enjoy it. RE: Puss In Boots 3D - Rhubarb - 11-06-2011 9th November! I'm going to book to see it with Karen, but see if anyone else wants to go. Found my 3D glasses all ready and seen the trailer for the taster, thanks to No1 son RE: Puss In Boots 3D - LH - 11-06-2011 I plan on taking my kids to see it. RE: Puss In Boots 3D - Twitchin Kitten - 11-06-2011 They'll love it LH. The little girl in front of us kept sticking her hand out trying to touch the kitties. RE: Puss In Boots 3D - LH - 11-07-2011 There is a new 3d place about 10 miles away the seats are very comfortable I will check it out. Thanks RE: Puss In Boots 3D - Twitchin Kitten - 11-07-2011 We have a relatively new theater we go to instead of the one closest to us. It's got very roomy seats and it's got stadium seating. SO NICE when you're two feet tall like me and anyone who sits in front of you blocks your entire view. And they even thought about leg room! I can barely reach the seat back in front of me with my legs! No1 son's friend is only 4ft 10. He hated going to the cinema until the theatre revamped into the tiered system. (he has a bigger faster sports bike than Phil, I cannot never believe how the shop got it lowered enough for him) |
