I help a gal with a site that helps women who got mutilated by breast implants. Silicone is poison and the saline is no better. She helps these ladies get explanted and on the road to good health. You'd be surprised at the long list of ailments that come from these things. Never mind the botched jobs where the boobs look freakish.
If you're trying to do this to stir shit as if women here are going to say how wrong it is, I've seen the downside and know women should never even consider it.
My gran lost both her breasts to cancer and refused to have them reconstructed because she thought the silicone was going to kill her. That was back in 1980.
