Italians keep the tree up until January 6.
Normally if you don't wait until "Little Christmas" you take it down New Years day.

I always wait untill after the New year to take the tree down. I'm not one of those assholes who put the tree up the day after Thanksgiving and take it down the day after Christmas, sorry if I offended anyone lol.

I generally leave the tree up till New Years Day. Then I get to take it down whilst making fun of any of my guests who stayed overnight and are nursing hangovers (amateurs) while making the maximum amount of noise.
I'm a nice guy like that!

If it were up to me there would be no tree to take down. I don't put it up, I don't take it down. When it happens it happens. I will get sick of that fucker in a day or so and start bitching about it.

I havent' put up a tree in years. This house is too small. I've no place for a nice tree and this year with Sofie the terror, I'm not risking the mess.
Before this financial crisis hit, we would go away to Michigan every other year so it was pointless to put up a tree on those years. One day we may start again but not right now. I still like it up until after Little Christmas though. Makes the house smell nice too

Tree goes up 12 days before and comes down 12 days later.
Except our tree has been up in the loft for 2 years anyone want to buy it?
