Day off today, last night we had thunder, lighting, and about 10 inches of rain. Not really 10 inches but a bunch. My basement is damp and there is about 3 feet of water in the neighbors back yard.
I will carry my camera today in case I see anything interesting.

I get to reconcile the checkbook after last night's food shopping trip. We still need to hit one store for coffee and other small items.
I'm afraid to add up. We spent over $300 and it hardly was much. Sad the prices of food. When a loaf of bread is $3+ something is terribly wrong.

It's off to Boyertown then on to Elizabeth yet again. The bad thing is that once I get to Elizabeth I have to call in and find out what if anything is coming back. It's not as bad Mon - Thurs but on a Friday it usually means either sit around for a couple of hours waiting or run around half of New Jersey hunting for an empty trailer to drag back!

Oh hell, I just woke up and you're probably busting your ass now. Good thing though, the sinus infection seems to be subsiding, bad thing... migraine and waiting for the rain. So, another day I don't get to ride the new bike. I swear I'm jinxed.

I know its 8.30am here now but I have been up since 6.30am!
Nice day so far too, Mark and the Saab have gone to Beauleui and I'm now trying to clear the mess we have made of the house all week.
Dee's Hen Party tonight too so I've got to get prepared for that- I hope this headache clears soon! :gah2:

About the time you posted this I was just passing between Newark Liberty airport and the Annheuiser Busch brewery on 1 & 9. By 10:45 after chasing around half of Elizabeth I was rolling back with an empty trailer that all but looked for ME!
Sometimes things DO work out alright.
Since the weather won't be cooperating with me to do yard work today I'll do some house cleaning while MaryPat and BarEdul are selling jewelry and baked goods at a bigassed yard sale today. (Tarps and shelter sheds work wonders!)

I've been up early today - just not on the computer. Got thunderstorms threatening and that keeps me debating if I want to water the garden or wait for Nature to do it for me. Bike ride is out of the question and Matt's off to hang a TV.
We'll stick to inside work too.
I've a table to finish varnishing (couple more coats and I can start using it) and I'm going to nail Matt in that room so he can finish the two pieces of fucking sheetrock to hang!

I hate this shit. I'd much sooner be out and rolling between 1 and 4 AM.
