I actually made that post after having a couple of glasses of wine and meant that I was still in pretty good shape by not being really drunk, them moments later I fell asleep at the keyboard.

Now, about the visual proof, if you had not have made some previous post about the Mr., I would think you were getting fresh with me.Blush

Just a reminder: Any womens that wants to get fresh with twister can form a double line, take a number, or just e-mail me for an appointment.Biggrin

Just because a Mrs. has a Mr. doesn't mean she doesn't like a little eye candy now and then.

I still have the lower of one side to do.
Oh, and let's not forget the top side of it, when we put it in the water.

I'm got sun today, great start on my tan.
I'm going to sit here and do nothing for the rest of the night.

Boat ?..........Do you have a boat? I have a canoe that I take out every year and go down the Merry Merrimack, it takes me all day and sometimes two days depending on who is at certain camps along the way. It takes 2 days away from my Vaca but is really worth it, I feel cleansed afterwards., and usually have a big cookout with 10 lbs of fish when I am done. Drinks I sometimes have that damn canoe on my truck all summer and take it out for a few hours when I get out of work on Wed and Thurs. I am soooooo looking forward to getting out there!Hi After the winter hibernation I am more than glad to get out almost feverish even!............Good

Yes I have a boat!! It is a 23 foot Rinker!! We spend all summer out on the lake. Some weekday night we will take it out for the sunset.
It is so fun!! I guess it helps that we live on a lake too. So it is not a bunch of work to go out on the boat. Fill cooler, take the key and walk to the dock, off you so.
There is a picture of it here someplace.

Hey I forgot to tell you all.

I had a juvenile eagle in my back yard yesterday!
No I don't have pictures, As I didn't know it was coming to see me.
It flew over and sat on a tree right behind the boat were I was working and sat and looked it me.

Kind of cool don't you think????

RE: The Completely Pointless Thread - Twitchin Kitten - 04-09-2010

Bald or golden eagle Kim?

If it's there, you can believe you'll see it around all summer. I bet he made his home there. When you're out boating, look for big nests high in the trees, similar to Osprey nests.

That sounds VERY cool. I always stop and watch hawks when they're flying in my area, I like the way birds of prey move.

RE: The Completely Pointless Thread - twisteroo - 04-10-2010

There are actually eagles in the area here now for the past few years. I know where they nest in one spot. I stop now and again to look for them. I can see the nest really high up in this tree above a creek.
You know I've never seen one yet. You would think that the inconsiderate bastards could do a fly-by, or maybe drop down a snag a big old trout out of that creek just once, you know to amuse me.
Stupid birds.

I also like hawks, last year one of the roads I ride bike on all the time there was one sitting on the wires almost every time I would go by. I don't think it liked me. Every time I would go by it would start bitching at me, squawking and fly around a bit. I was probably messing up it's hunting or something.

RE: The Completely Pointless Thread - Twilla - 04-10-2010

I like all the obnoxious birds too... even the sound of crows squawking at each other amuses me unless the little bastards do it for hours right outside my window. We've got a lot of magpies here, and although they're on par with jays, they're beautiful to look at.

My favorite has to be the lovely little mourning dove, though. I haven't seen any since moving to Utah and I miss hearing them.

They even have recordings of the birds.
