How you finance legal representation is not legal strategy,strategy is agreed upon actions between you and the lawyer and I would hope you don't discuss that here at all. You said "How the fuck am I going to get this kind of money?" so I just responded thinking you were asking for others thoughts. I just gave the most feasible way to obtain a lawyer with out paying out of pocket, if you did not want to discuss it on here you should not have posed it as a question. There is no right or wrong move at this level the bottom line is getting a lawyer that works best with you and does what you need done. Please don't think im trying to be mean, I am not I am just being honest in what I am seeing.

My question on how to raise the money was rhetorical. I know you've given a valid answer and I've retained counsel. So I'm not going to answer anymore here on the next phase. All I can say is he's fucked and more. He should pray for fucked because the more is worse.
I know you're not trying to be mean but in these situations, no lawyer works on contingency.

Yeah I know you said it. But so far nothing is "fuck up-able" if anyone sees it. Trolls with this info already have it and since the source is from Mannix, they don't believe him. It's public record as it is now. I just have been advised by counsel to not discuss the case at all from here on out.
I'll have it moved by day's end. I need Trudi time to get in here and read it and it's going away.
