My pool is above ground so letting it freeze and skate on it is not an option. I don't think the pool ever froze that tight anyway here. It hasn't gotten that cold in years.

I have been up since 3 AM. I couldn't sleep so I got up and figured I'd fall asleep in front of the boob tube. No such luck.
I've been cleaning and putzing around for hours. NOW I'm starting to feel tired and the day barely started.

I tried. I can't sleep. Doing laundry and the 'noisy' cleaning stuff now. If I don't pass out in an hour I'll go for a bike ride and crash when I get home.
