I'd have to say that the Chicago area including the northwestern corner of Indiana out to just east of Gary is the worst.
Jackholes will come flying up the far left of 5 lanes and in one move shoot across and off a ramp!
Of course if they would just spend another $2.00 for their vehicles they would come with functional turn signals.

Minnesota doesn't alot of aggresive drivers, just lame STUPID drivers. For instance, today on the way into work I was behind this truck going through a residential area at 30 mph. Comes to a crosswalk that has a sign that says, "Drivers must stop for all pedestrians". I didn't see any pedestrians but apparently dude did cuz he made a full and complete stop at the crosswalk-DOH

I see that shit all the time.
Actually, in my world ALL stop signs are only a suggestion.
I have not made a complete stop in over 20 years.
