A box would work.

I sold a truck and a big ole 1 1/2"- 1/4" metal hole puncher on there. Both sold for more than I paid for them and I was glad to get rid of them. I would probably not buy a bed from there though, well I would buy a frame. I would get ebby-jebbez from someone elses furniture that had upholstery, unless I knew them.

I traded a woman a wardrobe for a chest of drawers a year or two ago. I'm sure she got the better end of the deal but that damn wardrobe was gonna go to the burn pile and I needed a chest of drawers. It's shocking how many people don't know the difference between a dresser and a chest of drawers. I still have the dresser, I mean chest of drawers in my bedroom full of clothes.

I think I have a bite, someone requested more pics. I'm sure they are gonna try to get it for $10 or something.

RE: My first ad on... - twisteroo - 09-08-2010

Second bite...she wants to come look.

RE: My first ad on... - Twitchin Kitten - 09-08-2010

no one is biting on that stupid bed set.

I got a crappy printer that prints giant posters but it's only supported up to Windows 98. I bet I get more bites with that thing than the GOOD bed! I should put it on there.

$300 is alot for something on CL. Not that the bed isn't worth it, but I think most people go on CL looking for "steals" ya know? We did a hot tub for free and got over a 100 responses in minutes.

HA!!!! Sarah from Rochester is on her way. She had a sexy voice by the way.
Anyhow she makes the trip she is not leaving without it, I don't care if I have to sneak it into the back seat of her car and she can throw it in the trash at McDonald's on the way home. It's hers.
I was out in the driveway taking pics of the next item from the attic when she called.
Take a look and quick, quick!!! Tell me what you think it is worth, if she is the big sewing buff, I will try to pawn it off on her, I'll even wait for her to come back from the ATM with more money if she has to.

I have always heard this was called a sewing chair or sewing rocker or something, it was supposed to be like 90 years old or something when it was pawned off on me. I think I remember driving back from North Carolina one time with it poking me in the back while I drove my Geo Metro. Ziiiippp....straight to the attic for 10 years. It's outta here now baby. Quick, quick, what is it worth????

It needs that little board put back in and maybe some glue and a screw tightened up, stuff that I'm sure the hell not gonna do to it.

Qucik, quick!!! Before Sarah gets here!!!
