Sometimes I miss renting too but our lifestyle does not allow for renting an apartment or condo. If we rented a house, we'd be pumping out ourselves anyway. Landlords usually leave repairs and maintenance to the renter here.

Curses! I was foiled! Mine is a 16 gallon wet/dry and I was comparing jugs from afar. My new total for tonight is 64 gallons.

I forgot about the seepage. New guess= 69 gal with a 1/2" crack seeping gash.

OK tally for last night: 112 gallons!
It's still seeping in but I think by tomorrow it should end. I think there is max 2 or three fills tonight.
