I am so glad I turned on the AC overnight. It's as hot as the surface of the sun outside. a 30º jump in temps in a 24 hour period here. my thermometer in the shade is reading 96º with a 44% humidity level. Not bad for the humidity - it's supposed to get really thick out there tomorrow.

Damn. All of this should be a coordinated effort and everything comes together at the same time. What an ordeal to buy a car.
When I bought my car last year, I walked off the lot with it insured and loan secured within two hours and I was driving away. WTF do they do there? A full on background check and dna testing?
