I would eat human flesh to live. But at the same time I am adept enough to not have to unless I was stuck in the Gobi desert or something.
As for where I would get it? Eh, in a survival situation with other people where it came to the utmost desperation, I would kill off the most useless people and use them for food, assuming I haven't killed them already just to get them our of my hair.

Oh, if SHTF and everything descended into chaos, I would probably wipe a good number of people I did not like or that clearly did not fit the bill.
