Two of the best pencil sharpeners ever. Those little hand things suck. They are guaranteed to break the point several times before it stays. Depends on the quality of both sharpener and pencil I used to have a really nice hand sharpener that fit a pencil perfectly so it wouldn't wobble. I also always buy high quality pencils with HB2 leads. Not that I buy traditional pencils anymore. I'm a click pencil kinda guy.
RE: What is it? #38 - twisteroo - 05-17-2013 I only use a pencil when I'm marking boards and stuff for cutting and drilling and such, I have some of those big fat carpenter pencils and use the sharpener on them. How about this thing? This is mounted on the next board over from the pencil sharpener.
RE: What is it? #38 - LKTraz - 05-19-2013 Is that a hand cranked grinder/sharpener? RE: What is it? #38 - twisteroo - 05-19-2013 Yep, that groove in the center I take it is for knife blades and such, although it is old and does not work all that well. I have even been able to sharpen drill bits on it when I feel like playing around. |
