That sounds good Sally. Without the onions, peppers, and tobasco sauce. LOL

I love ricotta too. I put double the amount in my lasagna that the recipe calls for.

3 eggs, caramelized onions and goats milk cheese, to me is a fantastic omelette!

I think it is and I actually like feta cheese, it's the Chevre that I don't like. I had a goat cheese ravioli once and I think I could taste the actual goat Barf.

Feta is usually a mix of 70% sheep and 30% goat milk.
