Don't you have a trap for them?
Fill a jar with vinegar about 1" and place a piece of fruit in there. Make a funnel out of a piece of paper and make sure it's pointy at the bottom. Flies go in, flies don't go out.

Some "thoughtful" motherfucker backed into my truck today while I was in the office getting my "special mission" paperwork and just drove off!
Delayed me by over an hour while I filled out incident reports and got a mirror replaced.
The worst part is that it happened on OUR OWN COMPANY PROPERTY!!!!!!
