Yeah that powder is real and there is another called butt paste lol for diaper rash. I know a guy that swears by gold bond powder for his nuts, I wonder if he will get nut cancer in 15 years.

I wear no underwear, boxer briefs, or boxers in the summer time. Trust me, gold bond on the crotch is a good feeling, but with proper ventilation and attire during hot weather, I can avoid having to depend on it for comfort.
