Nope....They are still performing today !
Clue....They are a duo . Background is provided by sessions singers. The lead singer is a gay icon. He is very attractive and a really nice guy.

Nope ..... but you are on the right lines Ral.
The keybd player has been with two other bands ( that I can think of) and written many songs for them ...all of which were big hits in UK. One of the bands was Depeche Mode .
