I still get to the gym 5 days a week, gotta get back on the bike though.

I finally got off my ass and started riding in the mornings again. Bought myself a proper fitness heart rate monitor that goes around the chest with a strap. Wore the useless Fitbit and compared. Fitbit was 300 calories off ( lower).
I like this thing but it would be much better if it glowed through the shirt like Ironman.

Yeah, well....I'm still not riding.
I did get a new bike however.

I like how those front pistons are protected with that rubber casing. I get so much sand on mine.
Is that a catnip garden up against your house?
