It sounds a looks really good.
I would cheat though and use a can or two of chicken breast. I mean hell, if I'm gonna go through all the crap to cook chicken I'll but some BBQ sauce on it or something and have it with potatoes and a veggie.
I someone were making it for me though, that's a different story.

Marry a chef
Tonight he was working late, No1 son and I had to do our own dinner. We both open the doors to the fridge/freezer (very proud of it almost like the one my aunt has in her house in PA).
We looked, we discussed, the bell 'pinged' to tell we had left both doors open for too long. We closed the doors.
I put the oven on, No1 son peeled pototoes.
20 minutes later I put pre-cooked vegtables (hubby always prepares too much) in microwave. No1 son mashes pototoes because he'd let them boil to a mush.
Hurrah! Hubby comes home. We then discover I'd put ready made pies in the wrong oven. The pototoes No1 had used were not for mashing.
The veg was nice.......thank goodness for ketchup.

Hubby made us soufle (?) omeletes with prawns and cheese.

Geeze, I had pizza and wings.

I haven't had anything but lunch and breakfast so far. Both tiny skimpy meals. I'm taking a five min break from cleaning the inside of the truck. Yes it's a disgusting filthy mess because Matt is a pig. I drive it twice a month and he's managed to stink it up.

it's a nice day to do this, not too hot and a nice breeze.

Trudi - your 'fridge tells you when to shut the door? And you listen to it? What happens if you don't?
