Danzing Candy's setup of a fast break to the lead really doesn't work well from the outside and let's face it much energy was blown out facilitating from his post position.
If they draw say a 1 - 5 position it would work much better.
The strategy on Nyquist was spot on for the distance and pace without shooting the wad too early. Maybe a couple lengths earlier would have produced a more comfortable victory but, the end result was the winner's circle so mission accomplished.
