She wasn't driving the bus. It had to be someone else, who should have slammed on the air brakes and caused a few broken noses, or bitten tongues. I believe that was who Tait was talking about. The driver is supposed to be in charge of things, and the best way to get those little creep's attention is to slam on the breaks, and then go back and whip some serious ass.

Yeah, I misunderstood his post a little. I dont' think the bus driver was being a bitch anyway. There was no mention of her that I noticed. If she did take action and slammed on the brakes, she'd be sued for some stupid shit anyway.

You're right. For that particular bus anyway. It didn't sound like she had this issue all the time though, just this bus. I wonder why monitors are not assigned to a specific bus and stick to that?

Thanks, John. That is what I was referring too. I lived in terror of my bus drivers as a kid. They were, for the most part, benevolent, but brought forth their wrath when people acted up. Usually, the bus driver played the role of monitor, and didn't take shit from anyone. This current situation is ridiculous.

Either way, this lady doesn't deserve the amount of money being proposed as a gift. Either you can do the job, or you can't. And this lady failed to do that, and while I am sure she had noble intentions, she sucked at her job. Kids are shit, as I said earlier, but failing to accomplish the occupational requirements shouldn't merit that much money, or whatever people think she deserves.

If that was the case, I should get one million dollars in gifts for the various things I have done with greater risk of danger, and successfully completing those tasks. Or am I just somehow not as special or something?

I am sure someone in a third world country is just writhing with pity, waiting to donate rupees or something to this lady's bereavement.

Did I mention kids in general are fucking animals these days? Especially public school children that people insist on sinking funds into.
