Somehow this is a great example of what it means to use the word 'Catty': Woman Attacked By Boyfriend’s Pet Lynx.

Quote: A local woman’s arm was injured severely after her boyfriend’s pet lynx attacked her at home.

According to KING-TV, the woman was attacked Friday while she was cleaning. It reportedly escaped from its cage and bit her.

“There was a lynx cat – a pet that lived in the house – and a girlfriend,” Jenee Westbend, King County Animal Control officer, told the station. “The cat got jealous of the girlfriend, who was vacuuming, and it jumped on her and bit her.”

I checked to see what the lynx's sex was, but it doesn't say. I wonder...................Smile

Jealous my ass.

That appears to be an illegally, and ill kept wild animal. I'm betting the noise from the vacuum drove it nuts and the cat is smart enough to know who is causing the sound. I also bet the girlfriend let out an ear piercing scream the second she saw the cat loose, long before it was anywhere near her, further provoking it.

The story tells how people saw the cat miserable in the house, pacing back and forth all the time. It was stir crazy to boot.

Wild animals should not be pets no matter how tempted one might be to want something "cool" as a pet.

I don't see the humor in my answer.

That animal control officer sounds like a real genius. But at least a cop didn't enter the house and shoot the cat multiple times.

I say bullshit to the whole story.

The broad was cleaning???
The cat was jealous??
Jealous of what, her opposable thumbs and the ability to run a vacuum?
She was fucking with the cat with the vacuum cleaner, left the cage door open and it got pissed off at her.

That broad was not cleaning, that is the first lie in the story, she might have been snooping through the boyfriend's e-mails or something, but was not cleaning.
