NJ law is you can't bring anyone under 14 years old into a tanning bed/room/whatever.
John, I know what you're talking about. I was making a joke from the old commercials for milk.
* Twitchin Kitten feels the wind of that joke going right over John's head all the way from NC to NJ!
I think the kid didn't get anything from a tanning room/bed with her mom. I think as a 5 year old, she said what any kid would say so she can 'be like mommy'. Sad mom is setting a bad example and setting up this kid for being just like her in the future.
