0 Numbers 3 and 8 got me. I had to think about number 6 and I got 8 of the 14 punctuation marks.

Technically, there are many more punctuation marks than that Here are a couple that were forgotten: guillemets « » brackets ⟨ ⟩ (different kind from the others, and all of the brackets/braces, etc... are called all of those things) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Punctuation So, my earlier point stands. Whomever wrote this wasn't very bright
