Fuck, I bet I put on a minimum of 10 pounds this summer, I'm so disgusted with myself I don't even get on a scale. I bought a pair of pants at the thrift store today, it was whitetrash wednesday so they were half off. OK, they were 2 bucks. Anyway they just barely fit, so now I gotta make sure I get my ass back on the wagon and get to work. But then on the way home I picked up another whitetrash treat, a 5 liter box of chillable red?

For all the bike riding I've been doing and the swimming and not pigging out on junk food (except for the [occasional] ice cream I ride off at night), I haven't lost a friggin' pound either. WTF? I ride in the hottest part of the day too, and humidity is usually around 80% or higher here all the time. It sucks getting older. I need something to boost my metabolism but I just can't figure what.

okay okay okay... so I know I am blonde... but how can a woman actually two women go to a store yesterday for creamer buy, maccaroni and CHEESE, Cat food, juice MILK, and Forget the god damn CREAMER... only come to home drink a cup of COFFEE... which I don't use CREAMER in and then wake up in ONLY to remember before putting her feet on the floor for the morning that she FORGOT the GOD DAMN CREAMER that LK needs so much for his daily coffee all day in the FUCKING TRUCK!!!

No trip to NJ again today. Maybe they are mixing it up a bit to keep us from getting bored because several drivers who normally don't run down there have gone this week.

Regardless, I don't mind the change. Gotta go get cage free eggs in Ephrata then drag 'em to the plant and then grab a trailer going to Sweet Street Bakery and Confections in Reading. Sweet Street makes desert items and candies for the major cruise lines!
