It is very interesting being a newbie sometimes. You get to see glimpses of old drama/discussions/connections without knowing the whole story. I get to fill in the blanks myself, like one of those choose your own adventure books.

Who are these people that abuse animals and children? Who raised them? Why didn't anybody notice there was something seriously wrong with them? Do they work jobs and pay bills and have a family like the rest of us? The more I know people, the more I like my dog.

It's a shame to ruin this thread even further but since you asked...

When I explained about someone's dissatisfaction with forums after a bad experience, TK chimes in with her usual "I know." When I said I wasn't aware of a Sinister connection, since I belonged to the forum in question during the time frame this woman's dissatisfaction occurred, TK replies with a remark about how she might have spoken out of turn since she had (I'm paraphrasing here) insider information. I'm pretty tight with the woman, I was THERE when it happened yet once again, TK is the resident expert on the subject. I've stepped aside on other subjects when this has happened (many) times in the past but this is ridiculous.

I don't know if anyone's noticed but the members here are dropping like flies. Disagreeing with someone is fine and should actually be encouraged to further intelligent debate, but to ALWAYS have to be right gets to be exhausting for the other members that feel they have to walk on eggshells when the insults start flying. Forums are supposed to be FUN.

Sorry TK, I've enjoyed most of my time here but I can't continue. Thanks for allowing me to join your forum and good luck in the future.

I said "I know" because of private conversations between Val and I regarding her experience with FG and the ONLY thing I knew about was what she spoke of to me on Sinister. I said I may have spoken out of turn regarding that conversation between us as apparently it had nothing to with what you guys said. I'm sorry I tried to clarify for you and then step aside. YOU seem to think there's a competition going on over Val. Believe me there is not.

Where am I trying to be right in this conversation? Oh yeah, clarifying.

I replied the "I know" TO YOU. Not as if it's an authoritative comment about fucking FG or anything like that. You directly addressed me. I replied.
You and I discussed Val's not wanting to participate in forums in the past. I commented on that. Too fucking bad I gave more detail than I should have. All I wanted to do was clarify that what I meant by "I know".

Your continuous bullshit of completely misunderstanding what I'm saying is getting old. I'm tired of always being in a position with you of having to make you understand what everyone else obviously sees. You either have a persecution complex where you think your always getting attacked or you just want to stir shit.

Oh and from now on I'll make sure I don't take part in any conversations regarding mutual aquaintences (or god forbid friends!) who are being discussed while talking about other forums! I wouldn't want to horn in on your rag fest.

Seems to be a matter of differing perception leading to opposing conclusions here.

I still fail to see any sort of competition in the conversation or for that matter the situation. Why shouldn't TK be able to chime in with comments based on what she knows of the situation in question? Why should that be considered offensive (seemingly)?

It's your choice of where you go and what you post or choose to not post Twilla, but maybe you could reconsider. I seriously think this is simply a matter of perception as opposed to outright attempts at one upping as it were.

Or am I not seeing something here?
