I'd love for the powers that be to define 'rich'. half the time it boils down to the middle class and up shouldering the burden. If they put a simple tax on everything we buy as opposed to every penny we earn, I think it would be much more fair. IE: those who spend more, pay more, those who buy less get taxed less. pretty simple to me.
