incompetence abounds, Went to do a western union transfer today. Simple send a crappy $400 to my mortage company. They are happy when I do that from time to time. So I go to our local store. There I find a new system. You pick up a corded phone press genuine buttons and a operator comes on line. After a few minutes of pressing numbers for english, my phone number etc. The real person asked for the name of the company. OOOPs no such company listed. YOUR DONE, can't help you fuck off, come back when you have the right city code. DOH.. I had called the company for this information. Drive home. USE my computer to find another number for western union. Yep there's your company mame. I don't know what the other operator was talking about! Drive to another store so I can actually send the money. Do the phone thing press all the numbers. ... and MYSTICALLY poof there the company is in the system. Are a large portion of america's companies hiring people who can't read or speak english? it's very frustrating.
