Bushville is a tiny little section of road outside of Batavia. I barely exists. I don't even think there is a sign any more. Bushville auto parts is probably the only thing left other than some locals still call it bushville. The auto parts/junk yard is long closed down. I will have to notice for any signs the next time I go that way. I think people call the little bridge the bushville bridge.

Quote:Bushville was founded when William H. and Louisa Post Bush came to Batavia in 1806, and established their mills three miles west of the village. With these employment opportunities, it would have been natural for people to come live in Bushville. Soon, a district school was established and the Quaker Friends Church began in 1875. Now the mills are gone, the church is gone, and the school is a private home. Bushville is a place where people live but have few places to gather.
