So Today we pick up the car.

Tuesday I called the dealer telling them to do the stripes and I want a third key. I also told him to find out about snow tires with rims for me.

I called the dealer yesterday because i realized I did not discuss color of the stripes. No answer so I left a message. All day goes by and he doesn't call. Around 5 PM he calls to tell me he won't be there today because he doesn't feel good.

I asked him about the stripes and he said they're not done. They need to be ordered and it takes a week. WTF? I CALLED TUESDAY. I asked if he heard my message from this morning. He didn't bother listening to messages. ???!!!

Now I am pissed. Tuesday was plenty of time to get an order in. We're still picking it up today, but I'll have to bring it back for the stripes which takes two days. I'll be talking with the manager. I spent $40K on a car and i get none of my requests addressed? Not cool.

Dealers don't lose money on Aplan prices. Ford reimburses the dealer the difference in price.
