I hate to admit it but the scumwaffle in this case is absolutely right. Like it or not the constitution is SUPPOSED to afford equal protection under the law and this is a prime example.
I suspect that it's a case of some lazy assed judges and magistrates not wanting to be bothered to swear out warrants because it "inconveniences" them if it's outside of office hours.
Well guess what fucksticks.......it's what you signed up for when you accepted the appointment/won the election (as the case may be).
WTF happened to Thomas and Scalia? In the past those two would have been screaming "oh hell no" at the mere mention of warrantless searches.
