Most of the time we have the traditional ham or turkey dinner for Christmas.
This year we opted for something different. Pot roast.
I found what looked to be a good recipe for pot roast done in a slow cooker. We weren't disappointed!
The beef was very tender and juicy and the veggies were friggin' deeeeeelicious!
We'll dig into Max's desert creation after the roast settles and then it's on to some egg nog and Mad Elf ale!
What sort of good eats were on for you?
