0 Yeah but in NY the slightest bang or boom everyone scatters real fast,I think if people were getting hit by ricocheting bullets bloomberg would have mentioned it to lessen the heat on the cops involved. If they ever let out pictures of the actual wounds its pretty easy to tell. The wounds would look like little dots or cuts in the skin where as bullets look like a perfect hole and there is alot of tissue damage.
