It wasn't too bad though. She seems nice. But I don't know what it is with parents these days, all night her phone kept ringing with her kids telling her they're spending money on this that and the other thing AFTER the fact and not asking for her approval. She whines about it as if it's some kind of burden she has to bear instead of saying NO.
Several times I've run into this talking to people with kids. Makes me see them as doormats.
